What could be causing this discoloration? I didn’t spill anything on it and have wiped the bike down so it’s nothing on the surface. Is there anything I can do?

Sweating at stop lights I reckon
Known problem and no.
Thirty seconds of googling would tell you that white bikes, including Cervelos have had a problem with yellowing.
Maybe give it some sunscreen and that might fix it. Overpriced bikes need sunscreen to stay alive
Sweat, sunscreen etc from your knee/thigh resting on it. All my bikes have little scuffs around that area.
Get a copy of that bike and keep it on the wall
Probably your knee sometimes touches the frame.
Ball sweat
maybe this is the spot where you grab the bike to lift it over something?
