Bottom bracket, crankset, wheels, seatpost, saddle, stem, handlebars. Think about what gearing you want based on where you’re riding. 42×16 is usually pretty popular.
Since it’s a cinelli, you can go nuts and put campy record pista bits, or go the NJS route. I’d probably want some nice components to match the frame.
You need a friendly LBS to guide you.
