That’s a pretty solid deal. I’d go for it. Also, I’m 6’2″and ride an S5 Sight (same gen). I can’t imagine riding an S3 at that height.
I’d go for that tbh, I own a norco sight A3 2021. It’s upgraded with fox suspension but i plan on upgrading to that gen 5 frame if my current frame gets damaged. Been having the same frame for 3 years! Keep it well maintained and serviced and the bike will take care of you! It climbs well, it’s idiot proof going downhill like speedy González
