    JK. Doesn’t pulling the seat up like that release the air in the system? Does it fall when you sit on it?

    I used to have a ks lev post and it would extend if you pulled on it, it would go back to the set position when you stopped pulling, that was normal for that post. I would not be surprised if there are others like that.

    Could be you just need to adjust the tension on the barrel nut at the lever a little.

    Almost all droppers will do this if you tug on em! Don’t do it!

    If you need to hang by the saddle, make sure the post is all the way up. You are creating suction/cavitation in the air chamber or cartridge.

    Don’t do that!

    You will suck air into your system. Never pick up by the saddle with the dropper down. If it’s not coming up during normal operation then you are fine. But this could be a cable with too much tension.
