Got every last pedal pin out… except this one. It snapped in half with pliers / vice grips. Then I tried to carefully drill it out, and broke 2 drill bits.
Any solutions or is it ripperoni time?

You could try a reverse drill bit. Or just don’t worry about it, and replace all the others. Leaving in that one snapped off pin gives you trail cred.
You could cut a slot in it with a dremel cut-off wheel, then try using a flat-blade screwdriver to remove it.
Plan B would be to grind it flush with the pedal and replace the others.
Maybe get a better drill bit and use some cutting oil and less pressure (let the tool do the work). Maybe you’re pushing too hard instead of letting the tool do the work?
You were taking out the pins permanently or replacing them?
Is it a thru hole? If so drill it from the other side should come right out.
If not and you really want to keep the pedals and have that stud you can cut if flush drill it out bigger the retap and use a helical insert that will make it the correct thread. May be more trouble than it’s worth but if you want more info shoot me a message I can help
I have these exact pedals and spent wayyyy to long trying to find DMR replacement pins that didn’t come from the UK, only to end up getting m4 8mm set screws $7 for 50 on Amazon and they work great!
don’t underestimate the value of of penetrating oil like pb blaster or liquid wrench. also if you’ve got a nice vice, see if the jaws can bite that (remove pedal of course).
