Help! Used Orbea Laufey H30 arrived with derailleur way out of whack … the rear wheel won’t fit because the whole thing is bending too far into the center of the bicycle … how do I fix this? I can’t tell if just the derailleur hanger is bent or if there’s more wrong.

Hanger is super bent. Any bike shop can straighten it out for you, but a bend that egregious can make it snap when corrected. Be prepared to spend $30-$40 for a new hanger (should have a spare anyway).
The hanger doesn’t look even close to straight. With a modern groupset it needs to be precise so if you don’t have the tool a bike shop is your answer.
Great, thanks everyone, I’ll take it to my LBS to have them fit a new hanger. Hopefully they won’t have to do much else.
I’m annoyed it arrived like this. I feel like it was probably mailed bent because of how extreme it is.
