yes but quite a bit of work. u need a hollowtech BSA bottom bracket and if you are the unlucky one with uneven bottom bracket shell, a pretty common features of a handmade Brompton, you gonna have to face & chase the shell wall so that it is flat for the external cup of BB. failure to do so, your might wear out BB bearings prematurely all the time

If it’s 68/73 adaptable then “yes if you have access to bottom bracket facing tools, it’san easy job” if it’s 68mm only then you might need a lathe as well as a bracket facing set. A decent LBS will have a bracket facing set, if you can drop the frame in with the crank out it’s a 1 hour job to face it into square (Brompton bracket tubes aren’t very square in my experience)…
