You have the wrong axle size for your dropouts.
My WTP has rear axle bolts that have a larger diameter at the top where the fork is I wonder if thats what you need here also.
You need a spacer, 14mm dropout but your axle is 3/8”. Check Dans or Albes bmx, or a local bike shop?
You need a 3/8th to 14mm spacer like most sets of pegs come with
You have 3/8th (10mm) axles and 14mm drop outs. The fix for this are axle adapters.
