  1. There’s too much of a gap with the spacer on top. Go on Amazon or to a LBS and buy a set of different size spacers for a few bucks. You want a 2-3mm gap.

    Might be an unpopular opinion but having the spacer on top should be safe. Once the preload is set the stem will be fully clamped to the steerer tube and the top cap and the spacer on top of the stem don’t do anything.

    Put that spacer below you can get smaller spacers too. You can also cut the fork a little shorter

  4. Either replace the top spacer with a 5mm spacer or replace one of the lowe spacers with a 5mm spacer and keep the 10mm on top

    The big spacer on-top is fine from a mechanical point of view. There is no problem with that. It may be a good idea to get a slightly shorter one later to reduce the height of it to make your bike a bit safer in a crash.

    You can get by with the spacer on top, it’s really not going to hurt anything. If it were me, I might find a 2.5 spacer in a sweet accent color and add it to the stack.
