A new drivetrain? You might get away with a couple of new jockey wheels for that derailleur, a new cassette, a new chain, and a new chainring? Maybe not a new chainring, but they really like to work together when new, the chain, cassette and chainring.

If it’s the stock derailleur, then it’s a 12 speed Deore. There you go.
