Trailer hitch is repurposed from a kids ride-along. Trailer frame is from a two seater trailer. Bike mounts to the canoe using the ride-along wheel hub. The rest is hardcore redneck engineering, gorilla hair fiberglass repair goop and some really shitty metalwork.

The standing bike seems like it’s going to move your center of gravity in the boat higher, which is not good in any paddle boat. Though, probably doable if you’re a relatively experienced paddler.
