It seems louder in the video but it's still a little annoying since this is a brand new bike. I tried the loosen, hold the brake and tighten thing but it is still the same. Can a new disk be warped already? Should i take it back to where i bought it so they can fix it or is this normal? I don't want to mess with it myself too much because of the warranty.

Yes, brand new rotors fresh out of the box have slight warps in them all the time. It is “normal”, but it’s also normal to want it fixed even if it’s just a tiny bit of noise and extra drag. The solution is just brute force ([no, really](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/S/aplus-media/sc/61b1d918-0d0e-416a-89c7-dfcef520ee8b.__CR0,0,1940,1200_PT0_SX970_V1___.jpg)), but having the right tool and a bit of experience always helps. Your LBS should be able to get you sorted real quick.
