Looks good, you could probably do with an increased reach. For the best road bike fit, make sure you can bend your elbows about 15° and comfortably hold that position.

Surprisingly you are already well fitted to that bike. Leg is correct bend and arm/back angle is about correct. I would bend those arms a bit for shock absorption but that’s about it.

If it were me I think I’d end up going just a hair higher with the seat, not a lot. Frame looks good. I’d also double check to be sure there’s enough seatpost in the downtube, not just trusting a “max” line that might be stamped on it but pulling it out to be sure. Lots of old bikes have seatposts that someone cut shorter to save weight.
