Definitely, save the down tube shifters!!!It’s a lost art, the simplest shifting system to master and to maintain. Just think of all the cool comments you’ll get from the old dudes.

I still have a criterium version after all these years- I wouldn’t say the ride is harsh, it’s bone jarring. If you are 20ish you won’t even notice.
