At the moment I’m in the middle of crossing the Pyrenees. I just saw that there is this part on my back tyre. I suspect it coming from breaking to hard? Is the problematic and will my tube get punctured?

Yes. New tyre please.
However if you’re in the middle of nowhere and don’t have a spare, I’ve seen people do trans continental rides on tyres fixed with Gorilla Tape (duct tape, gaffa tape). If you have anything like that you can wrap it around the tyre and rim a few times. Might give you a few more miles.
But yes, the proper answer is fit a new tyre.
