This is a Shimano Cartridge bottom bracket. I can't turn them all the way in the BB hole, there is some screw thread left. The other side is the same. Is that correct? (I'm pretty sure he's centered) And can it be that when I rotate the inner of the BB I feel more resistance than that of the old removed one that isn't on the bike now? Thank you!

Is it the right width for the frame? Not a 73 mm bb in a 68 mm shell?
I must tell you this . You need to redo this. You need spacers.
There is something badly wrong here – this type of BB should be hard against the shell on the driveside. A thread or two of the non-driveside cup showing is ok so long as the driveside is torqued down first. There also looks like a spacer is fitted, but cracked? No spacers required. I’d double check that there isn’t some problem with the threads preventing you getting it in all the way, and that this is definitely a 68mm unit
Remove the cable guide from under the BB shell, if one is present. Sometimes the screw interferes with BB installation.
Check the designation of the BB, if it has a K suffix, it’s meant for use with a chain guard, when used without, a spacer would be required.
Check the depth of threads in the BB shell, is it sufficient for the BB?
