First, me like! Really clean build.
Second (and if I am following), you swapped out the front suspension fork for a rigid one (and added a bomb-proof front rack which is killer).
Third, if the second point is correct, how much difficulty did you have with the front brake cabling – moving from suspension fork to rigid – on a scale from easy to swearing while crying (or drunk)?
Fourth, I find I am never REALLY done with these builds. What is your secret?
What is the stem/headset/handlebar? I might need that soon too
