When did you started riding fixed gear? Compared to your buddy I think I wouldn’t change anything on your Fugi

Since you and your buddy are new to writing fixed gear I’d recommend adjusting to the bike by that rear brake he has. Once he gets the hang of riding fixed gear and skidding with straps, toe cages or, clipless pedals I’d recommend the look of H plus Son Archetypes wheels to match with his Aventon.

Nice League. I have one as well however over the years of changing parts all that is left of it is the frame which I will never get rid of. I do like that yours is still original.
