I wish I could afford one and was retired!
And not knowing, he lost 1m in length of living space, the best seats on da house. Putting the toilet there, cancels the posibility of using those 2 seats in the cabin, (and the cabin space, views and light) wich if you make them to swivel, are the best option to have two people seating comfy to watch Tv, eat or similar. And yes, you reduce the total used lenght. I know that this layout is used for steath, but there are other forms af getting that stealth. Been living on a camper now for 9 years and since 91 is my 8th Rv, i tried many layouts and finally i ended up using the most common, discovering that it is the most common for a reason.

I usually rush to see the end results as I'm not interested in all the other stuff. I watched every min of this video. What a craft, gift to have to be able to do this. It turned out beautifully, and knowing someone did this all on their own for the most part, makes this van even more special.
