yes they are but they say that they work only with their own tpu. i did not have any punctures yet so cannot confirm if it actually works.
additional info, the black sticker on top is to reduce the valve stem rattle they say.
And what about the black patch? What’s that for?
They work if you need a tenporary fix, but in my case they still leaked some air, so the tire was flat after a week
