Personally, I would go to a bike shop and buy 5$ worth of bulk bike frame tape. Use the tape to protect common wear areas (cable brushing against frame). After, I would suggest a mini handlebar bag or phone holder. After that, maybe a better saddle.

Ride it for a bit see what you like and don’t like and go from there. No point upgrading it for the sake of it, may I suggest your first modification though is remove your warranty sticker on the top tube and welcome to the club.
