This was originally a $1700 bike new. It does have full hydraulic disc brakes which does command a higher price than a bike with mechanical brakes on the used market.
$800 is a fair but not spectacular price. As with buying any used bike, negotiate for a lower price if possible.
If you do end up buying this bike, I would [replace those very old Tiagra 4700 front and rear derailleurs with the latest Shimano 105 R7100 front and rear derailleurs](https://v.redd.it/k9xoqycn1b8e1) to make the shifting really nice.
