  1. Yes. It’s fully depreciated at this point so if it’s in great shape that’s a reasonable price. If it’s not in great shape and/or needs work before it’s ridable, knock $50-75 off the price.

    Doesn’t look like 10-speed to me. That looks like 3×9-speed 105 5503 or Ultegra 6603 from 20 years ago.

    That said, $200 for a rim-brake aluminum-frame road bike is a decent deal if the bike has been properly maintained (i.e. chain on the bike is not stretched beyond 0.5% and the gears don’t skip under power, hubs and bearings still spin OK, shifters still functional, etc).
