Loosen the clamping bolts and get a screw extractor in there. Shouldn’t have much torque on the axle itself, but if the clamping bolts haven’t been loosened you’re not getting it out.
A slightly larger torx wrench might work in a pinch.

Like Chatman said, hammering a larger torx in should do the trick. I had the same thing happen on my Ohlins.
That axle is toast though; don’t try to reuse it.

As Chatman108 suggests try tapping in a Torx and if you do manage to remove it have a look at getting a Burgtec replacement axle, I’m not sure about their axle for the 40’s but the axles I have by them come with a get out of jail 6mm so if you round the main one you get another shot of removing it before having to resort to extremes.
