Looked a tiny bit rear first. But, you didn’t nose dive or land harshly. Keep on keepin on.

Unconventional but it works and it more important worked for you safely. Keep shredding 🤘

  3. Nice Personally like the nose down straight hop like that.

Check out bunnyhop technique and try it off the lip of a wee step down like that

  4. yeah it is hard to undestand what exactly is going on on the take off. I am not sure if it is a weird angle but the take off looked wonky, like you took off from both wheels at the same time vs fnt then back off the same spot. Since your rear has to travel further you could open your self up to banging that rear wheel and bucking you into an otb.

That said … you landed it and rode on fine … so as another mentioned unconventional but the end result worked out.

  5. Probably work on popping the bike instead of lifting it up with your clipless pedals.

  6. If that was your purpose, you did great. One thing to look at is your body weight and what part of the bike pops back up. As you approach your arms are slightly bent and looks to be little pressure on the bars. You give a little compression, which mainly transfers to the rear suspension since most of you weight is over your legs. As you go airborne you front travels a predictable path, and you rear suspension pops back giving the rear of the bike more elevation. You land pretty even and it looks good. Be aware on different terrain and the same technique, your ass end could go farther up and you start to get your weight of your body over the handle bars for a bad crash. I did that exact crash a couple years back, don’t be like me.

  7. Looks like you’re lifting off early with both wheels and floating which works, but may not be as safe or cool for other kinds of drops. Shred academy dude has a lot of great videos on drops.. this one from today specifically about the timing. https://youtu.be/mzxw8p4NiA4
