First got this frame in 2010, chopped and changed for 5 years, put it in storage for a little while, and now it's being rebuilt.

Velocity B43s laced to Sturmy Archer hubs I picked up cheap that need the walls cleaned.
Tempted to sandblast and powdercoat it Taliban Tan, but a little unsure.. all new parts are black or chrome, thoughts?
