If that is your ideal saddle height, this bike is way too big for you. Not even safe.

Kind of an unrelated question, though.
That’s a Fuji Royale from 19shitty six.
Early eighties, like 83/84 ish.
There should be a serial number underneath, on the bottom bracket shell. I think maybe the first number corresponds to the year.
I believe the Royale was a nice midrange bike. Not special enough to be collectiblenor sought after, but a decent bicycle.
Royale II. Second generation. Early 80’s bike boom bike. Suntour components, could be branded Fuji. Six speed?
Decent entry level bike of it’s day. Serviceable.
