It’s pretty hard to tell from the image. Although it looks like there was some separation. From all the stress and movement at that point, the adhesive may have cracked or just come apart and that’s pretty hard to fix without taking the whole thing apart.
I would expect the paint to be more flexible than an epoxy joint so if the paint has cracked that means the joint is moving imo.
