Totally ruined, you deserve a new bike… or two!
For every one of those people though, there’s the “it’ll be fine” guy riding a cracked frame.
At a shop I worked at, we refused service on a bike with a crack along about 1/3 of the steerer tube. He was annoyed and said “he’d be careful” but that’s a hard nope.
It’s a tool, a machine! Can you drive a nail without scratching the new hammer? Use the shit out’ve it, it will get scratched, scraped & dented but man will you have fun doing it!! Lol 🔥🤘
