Well I am back after an unexpected brake. So to start off with I am doing a simple, but very beautiful walk along the Erewash Canal and then on to the Nutbrook Trail nature Reserve an old coal railway line.

Just getting out there and walking has a positive effect on mental health. And when the weather is like it was in this video, its even better. It's great just being outdoors.
Don't think brand name is important, providing the kit is doing what it's supposed to, I couldn't care less for a label.
