How do I remove this old crank? My tools for newer and older bikes seem not to work. What tool do I need?
It is an old KTM touring bike, about 20 years old I'd guess. It has Deore XT derailleur and Deore Mega Drive train or something like this. And Deore shifters.
Cheers

That’s an ISIS crankset, also known as Octalink, and you need a crank puller tool, like Park Tool CCP-44.

Edit: CCP-22 is not for ISIS / ocralink, my bad.
Either invest in tools or go to LBS. Both are costly. The lather robs you of experience. But, not to shame anyone, there will always be people incapable of any manual work, including wrenching. Nothing wrong with that.
