Hello! Im riding an XS canyon GRZL 7. I am about 190 and 5’5” ish. For all of my riding last year I’ve never had a problem with fit, lately my knees been having a nagging pain, left front kneecap. I’m struggling if it’s my increase in work out efforts or bike fit.

It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)

I’ve added a screenshot of my canyon bike fit recommendation.
Last year was my first full year of riding in Denver. Was riding about 60-90 miles a week.
This winter I got a Zwift and have increased my workout efforts and weekly mileage hiring 100+ a couple times this year.
I’ve added simple weight training and more activation, foam rolling and resistance band training to strength my legs more evenly.
Knee pains been frustrating as it usually kicks in after 12-16 miles and usually is a numb nagging pain. Seeing a PT this week to help, but wondering what I could do with my bike fit to help.
I am no bike fitter, and have no idea if these things might affect knee pain like you describe, but it looks to me that your leg is just completely straight at the bottom of your pedal stroke. Also, reducing the reach might be a good idea based on your arms being quite extended. No bend in the elbow at all. Also, your hoods could slightly be angled up for a more natural wrist position. Lower your seat, push it a bit forward and raise your hoods angle a tad.
Try moving the seat forward. Looks like your seats a bit high anyway. That will help with that as well. Possible forward and down.
