How much would an apartment of this size be where you live?
$1000 will get you one room, shared space in Santa Cruz, CA.
Where I live, a 1000 USD would get me a tent and a dry spot under an overpass. Utilities not included.
San Fran 20 sq meters for $1200 in a iffy area.. Or perhaps a shopping cart near Target?
My mortgage is $899.00 a month for a four bedroom and two bathroom two story house.
In the area behind the duck, I can see a circle mirror with the siloett of catlails on a pond.
Bin ich doof oder gab es so ein Video schonmal?
Ahh umgezogen zu eine größere Wohnung.👍
Because rents are proportionally higher compared to buying, most people in my area of the Midwest of the US go for a mortgage. Throwing $1K away per month is not really a long term financial decision anyone wants to have to stick to in this culture, but housing is sparse and interest rates aren't terrific, so, its a mixed bag. And, yes, a decent apartment is ~$1K here. A 2-3 bedroom place would be hard to find in an urban Midwestern city for less $. (Rural is less, for sure, but that comes with a completely different set of problems.)
I'm jealous of your bum gun! I don't think there's a setup we could make work with the layout of our bathroom or WC.
how many illegals come with it?
In CT this would be around 2500 usd where I live.
Suburban NYC it would be around 3000. And that is not really a coffee hobby. You just are scratching the surface. For me it all started when living in Freiburg as a student in 1984. The normal ladder was just great. I tried to replicate that back in states but never ever could. Until I found Nespresso. But that got way way way too expensive. Then I went espresso. Now I am in Madagascar for family reasons. Now Inhave gone all in on espresso and you can see the set up in my little channel. I think. Anyway. The coffee/espresso hobby is way less expensive than the audiophile hobby so count yourselves lucky. Thanks for all you do.
Ps. Put those wraps in the freezer.
At first I thought you were in Japan with the height of those doorways lol
Thank you for showing your plushies! In the UK a lot of people have a collection of them but it isn't really talked about. I often feel sorry for cats and dogs whose owners are at work all day so to me it's better to have some plushies something cute and furry. Also i use a senseo machine they arent common in the UK ( I have to import the pads from Germany) but i can home compost them so for me they have the balanced eco, taste and price. My husband has the nespresso! And we have been through the bean to cup, expresso, filter, dripper etc etc.
You two are so fluring awesome! : )
Thank you for your German apartment tour. An apartment is usually more expensive in a city. I lived 23 years in Germany and know all about apartment-living. Now I live already 68 years in America and have my all paid off large home on a 92 acres lot and a garage large enough for 12 cars. I only have to pay once a year the insurance for our home and the real estate tax.
Phil why are you doing the soy face on your channel pic?
If you have issues with plumbing or other things, are you responsible for that or does the owner of the apartment take care of it?
Phil, what is your 2nd channel?
I love dusseldorf it's my fave German city❤🇬🇧🇬🇧
What in the world is "Dubai Style Pizza"?
Wenn man gutes Asiatisches Essen mag gönnt ihr euch eben.
What I like about having a dryer is no wrinkles in your clothes. So no ironing your clothes
I am 64 yrs old and live in a older but nice senior income based housing. I have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for $184.00 a month and I pay electricity, wifi and I stream my cable TV. My total bills is 540.00 per month. I try very hard to keep cost down. I don't have a car I use public transport. 😊
❤ seeing normal people’s apartments lol. Meanwhile in Asia, 1000 = a 36sqm studio w/ a sorry partition for a “bedroom” 😢
That entry room looks like a huge waste of space for such a small apartment. Being windowless also feels oppressive! I had a 2-bedroom condo in San Diego about the same size in the 1990s. It was bright and airy with a raised ceiling and utilized every square inch of space efficiently. It also had a useable balcony with a full-sized washer and dryer as well.
Either Phil is very tall or those are some very short doors.
