There is no way of knowing if this fork will be subpar, fine, or pretty good for the money. It is a generic fork on ebay. If you’re fine gambling 140 pounds for a fork that probably isn’t going to be very good, but for the money you can’t complain. Go for it. Maybe it lasts you a season or two in which you can save for the real deal.
Personally, I can’t imagine spending money on knockoff parts for bikes.
