Can’t figure it out

I know it’s been asked a million times and I’ve read them al along with videos but damn. I can’t figure it out! Notice a ton of knocking today when going over any rough terrain. I’ve tried adjusting the headset I’ve tried making sure the thru axle was tight as well. as the brakes. Lifting the bike up and applying even slight pressure to the front brakes causes a lot of play. Any help would be great lol
