I've found this 2018ish specialized dolce sport in my local market for around 550$ dollars. I'm around 170cm right now, the bike is 54' in women's size, will I have any troubles for wearing a women's bike? the frame looks like any other specialized out there, and the saddle seems fine. This is one of the cheapest road bikes that I could find from a nice brand.

Bikes have no genders, mate. If you like it, it fits, and you’re not too heavy for it, get it.

in general, at least for mountain bikes women’s bikes are the same frame as the men’s bike, with different touch points. Geometry is based on average proportions, and the preferences of the brand. Nobody is actually the average size person, so if the fit is correct, then the bike is correct for you
maybe I expressed myself wrong, I don’t care about the gender of the bike or the colors, but if it had some major physical differences in the frame against a men’s bike that may make it not viable for me. that’s all.
The sexism of our ancestors is dead in the water. Skirt room is not needed anywhere these days.
