5’0 woman deciding between bmc 257 two st, specialized sirius 3.0, and cannondale quick 3

I live in dc and this would be used for fitness, casual riding through paved trails (anacostia riverwalk trail, haines point), and commute.

My inseam is roughly 25-26 in. I really like the look of the bmc 257 al two st bike and found a nice deal on it locally (half price). Same with the specialized (half price). The cannondale is a fb marketplace find for $350 and it seems like they are an independent bike seller with good reviews.

Right now I’m leaning towards the bmc. With the step through models the standover height for the small is pretty close to my inseam. But I’m a new biker and looking for additional input. Going to the local bike shop today too.
