Is my frame reaching its end of life? The pot holes and occasional rocky trails must have taken a toll on the frame. Sanded some of the dents and the 2nd picture shows a small crack.

Probably not. You’d be able to repair it with a good trusted sleel frame builder, if you wanted to roll it forever. I’d keep riding it.
