Hi there! First post here, hope you guys can help me. I am building this for a friend and noticed a small crack on the frame, just below upper cup of the headset. Probably the former owner of the frame had a bit of a frontal accident resulting in this. Should I be worried for next owner’s safety? Thanks!

I would not ride this frame and I would not sell or give it to anyone else.
