Screw in a screw, then pull with pliers
Wind a wood screw in, pull out with pliers
Small flat head screw driver just under the edge of the bars. Hammer the screwdriver part way in and pry it out.
u can screw a screwin and pull it out with plyers or u could try pry it out with w small screwdriver
