That’s pretty cool. Columbus tubing and carbon stays. Ultegra front derailleur. I would check to see what the rest of the group is. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but the shifter cables coming out of the side of the brifters is something I only thought happened on lower-tier groups. Those wheels were 🔥 back in the day. This is clean and would make a good starter bike. Price really depends on group though. Someone else will take shot at it I’m sure.
It’s got ultegra derailleur on the front and looks like ultegra rim brakes too… I’d guess the brifters are 105 or ultegra. that’s a solid sled if you ask me.
If you can snag it for $200, and it fits, that’s a buy in my book all day. Prepare to spend about another $100 on a tune up at your local shop.
There are components to be had at decent prices that you could modernize a bit if you get into it (bottom bracket/crankset for starters)
Where are you located?
This was my first road bike. I think it is a 2006 or 2007 model year. I paid $200 for it in 2022 and it was an outstanding deal. It is a great bike and now lives on my Tacx Flux S indoor trainer. The biggest negative is that you can’t fit a tire larger than 25mm in width. Most newer road bikes are moving to wider tires for more comfort, speed and longer rides. I tried using 28mm wide tire on this and it rubbed on the front derailleur hanger bracket attached to the cutaway section of the seat tube. You’re also stretched out this bike which puts you into a faster though slightly less comfortable riding position. Both of those issues aside it is still a great bike and if you can get it for US$200-250 it is a fair price.
