I get you might not have money. But that thing was shit when it was new. Go on marketplace and get something rideable. My dad just picked up a fatbike for 50$

Just why? What purpose does this serve for mountain biking, other than disintegrating in the slightest chop?
might be okay as a means to pedal to the pub and back but that isn’t mountain biking.

This reminds me of that video where they brought one of these bikes and a full t-type group set into a bike shop and had the mechanic install it as a prank. He actually got it done too.

I get upgrading old bikes, I like building up old Cannondale and specialized bikes and making them x-bikes, but this bike was shit new and you shouldn’t spend a buck more on it. Let it die man.
