Title says it all pretty much. I'm trying to restore the bearings on this bottom bracket because the bearings were really rough so I i took off the threaded sleeves to get at the bearings but forgot to take a pic of which side each sleeve goes. One spindle says "15.4" and the other says "14" so idk if that would indicate anything (i've marked which side is 15.4 and 14 in the pic). The BB is the VP BC 1.37x24T 68mm (124.5mm).

The spindle sleeve has left and right labeled. As for the threaded flanges, you are physically only able to put them into one side of the frame each (one is right-hand thread and the other is left-hand). Just trial and error for those two.

Isn’t the longer side the drive side? To accommodate the chain rings?
