    Really tough to see anything clearly in this video. You might want to take some pictures with a clear view at the derailleur and elaborate a bit on the context regarding your shifter and what lead to this situation

  2. Hard to say. If you still have tension on your derailleur cable, then it might be a broken or dislodged tension spring in the derailleur.

    If the cable has slipped, you should be able to re-tension it and tighten the fixing bolt. If it broke then a simple replacement will do the job. If it is the tension spring, that is a re-build or replacement.

  3. B tension screw adjusts the top jockey wheel in relation to the cassette. Go on you tube. There’s thousands of videos on how to fix.
