Really tough to see anything clearly in this video. You might want to take some pictures with a clear view at the derailleur and elaborate a bit on the context regarding your shifter and what lead to this situation
Judging by the video shaking all over, b screw? Broken cable?
Hard to say. If you still have tension on your derailleur cable, then it might be a broken or dislodged tension spring in the derailleur.
If the cable has slipped, you should be able to re-tension it and tighten the fixing bolt. If it broke then a simple replacement will do the job. If it is the tension spring, that is a re-build or replacement.
Tighten the b tension screw
Assuming you can’t shift at all my guess is the shifter cable snapped
B tension screw adjusts the top jockey wheel in relation to the cassette. Go on you tube. There’s thousands of videos on how to fix.
Looks like you lost your front derailleur.
Could you please shake the camera around more and lose focus
