I’ve built this bike from J. Guillem titanium maker : Atalaya 2025.
It’s all mechanical. Group Shimano 105 with Growtak Equal Brakes. T47 BB Chris King.
Enve in-route gravel fork.
I think the thing that makes the most difference in the riding experience is the TPU inner tube 😉

interesting seat clamp, never seen one non-straight……
also ur tires are backwards
