It’s a Schrader valve(same as on a car). And the second pic looks like an inflator for air mattresses and sports balls. You need an actual bicycle pump.
None of those attachments are required. The tube’s valve connects to the pump the same way as the attachments. If you’re having problems, it looks like your valve stem is too short for the pump to attach. It might also just need to be pushed further out by by pressing through the tire to make it stick out of the rim far enough for the pump to get a grip.Â
