You should browse axioms website to see what type of mounting plates they offer. I have the unifit and despite the fact that it’s one of the most adjustable racks on the market it was still to high and too far back. You can can do what I did which is to use their brackets, move the rack mounts hole further back (effectively allowing you to bother lower and bring forward the rack) cut off the excess metal and use that. Feel free to shoot me a message and I can send you some photos because with bike touring/bikepacking you want the rack as low as possible to help with stability and weight distribution.
