Thanks so much Will love the videos on balance as I deal with this daily due to neuropathy. You are the best instructor ever!!!
Have a restful weekend ❤
Good balance exercises.Will definitely practise
Almost first! 🎉
Hi Will, is your follow-along program available now? I’m on the waiting list, but haven’t seen anything.
I can confirm that the towel scrunches and tightrope walking really helps! 3 years ago I had an attack of Vestibular Neuronitis and whilst my balance eventually got better, it never recovered 100%
I saw one of Will's videos a long time ago where he did a couple of these exercises, and whilst the towel scrunches were seated, it's the same principle. Strengthening those toes really helps! You find yourself consciously using them more when you're walking etc.
Tightrope walking is really good too!
Thanks Will! 👍
Like every session Will but with this ex.3 I don't have enogh strenth in my quads to raise up without hand help. Guess I better strenghen my legs first. Be well-Russ
Thank you! Will try these today. You explain everything so well.
Thks
Very nice
Hi Will, you keep talking about long life mobility but I cannot find anything to click on, and I am on the waiting list but have not heard anything yet. I have also asked via mail, but no answer so far.
I'm going to start these exercises right away! Thank you so much for this info!!

The first toe exercise is very cool. My problem is my toes are so bent down from wearing cheap work boots from K-Mart and Wal Mart for 40+ years. Pay the extra money guys to get Good work boots! I'm retired now, handicapped & wear only comfy slippers now. Thanks again Will
I like this. I've walked an imaginary line along the hallway. Enjoyed it.
The sit to stand is used so often with various exercises and techniques that l use it most days but never with my eyes closed. Something l was so sure doing has just suddenly become a challenge. I like a challenge. Thanks Will…enjoyed this.
Thank you, will try these. Had brain tumor removed so my balance is affected.
Very useful routine! Thank you, Will!
These are a great reminder of ways to work on balance, Will. Glad you are feeling better. Thanks for another super video.
Thanks for the breakdown! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
