    Cyclone Garance made landfall on Friday at around 10 a.m. local time north of Reunion Island, near Sainte-Suzanne in tropical cyclone stage. Wind gusts were recorded exceeding 230 km/h.

    In Saint-Denis, the damage is as severe as in Barachois. According to information, In Bras-Fusil, Barachois and Plaine des Palmistes in Saint-Denis was flooded, cars were under water and the road was barely visible.
