Another example of riders safety not being taken seriously!!! Imagine riding at 45km/hr and hitting a car coming straight at you at 20km/hr!! That's like hitting a brick wall at 70km/hr!!! That could have been REALLY BAD!!! These are the kinds of "mistakes" that the race organisers should have to pay a fine for. This could have caused some serious consequences/injuries (or worse) for many riders. One way you try to prevent this from happening again is if you make the race organisers pay a HUGE fine. Dig into their pocket book!!!

So they canโt block the roads but if you finish with your hands in the air youโre disqualified.
Car is just trying to leave its driveway to go to shops. Nobody cares about a bike race other than a few niche groups. Make them race from home with a vr headset and stop closing roads.๐
